ToggMuse - Return & Refund Policy

At ToggMuse, we strive to ensure that every piece you receive meets your expectations. As a Print-on-Demand (POD) brand, each T-shirt is made individually once an order is placed. Therefore, we accept returns and refunds only under the specific conditions mentioned below.
1. Return Window & Eligibility
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return.
Returns are accepted in the following cases:
- Damaged product (torn, stained, or damaged in transit).
- Manufacturing defect (printing errors or faulty stitching).
- Incorrect item received (wrong size, color, or design sent by us).
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
- It must be in its original packaging with tags intact.
- You must provide valid proof of purchase (Order ID/Invoice).
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind: Since items are printed on demand, we cannot accept returns if you simply change your mind.
- Size issues due to incorrect ordering: Please review our size chart carefully before placing an order. If you are unsure about your fit, feel free to contact us for assistance prior to purchasing.
- Personalised/customised designs: Unless the item arrives defective or incorrect.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please email us at info@toggmuse.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please include:
- Order ID.
- Reason for return.
- Clear photos showing the issue (defect, damage, or wrong item).
- Note: We highly recommend recording an unboxing video when you receive your package. This helps speed up the resolution process for shipping damage claims.
If your return request is approved, we will provide you with the necessary instructions via email. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

ToggMuse will bear the entire return shipping cost for approved returns that fall under eligible conditions (damaged, defective, or incorrect item). The customer will not have to pay. |

All returns must be processed as a mail-in return. The return address for RTO (Return to Origin) is: HUEPress, 42A, Ambrose Nagar, Somanur Road, Karumathampatti, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu – 641659, India. |

Restocking Fee |
ToggMuse does not charge a restocking fee for approved returns. |
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval.
- Processing Time: If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Bank Delays: Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
- Late Refunds: If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven’t received the refund, please contact us immediately at info@toggmuse.com.
5. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the product is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalised products (unless faulty).
- Gift cards.
- Sale or discounted items (unless the item arrived damaged or defective).
