ToggMuse Shipping Policy (India Only)

At ToggMuse, we’re committed to delivering your favourite streetwear styles to your doorstep as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping procedures and timelines below.

1. Shipping Scope

We currently ship only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Order Processing & Timelines

Since our products are "Made-to-Order" to ensure sustainability and quality, please allow time for production before your order is dispatched.

A. Handling Time (Production)

  • Timeframe: 5–7 Business Days.
  • This includes order verification, printing, quality checks, and packaging.
  • Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 5:00 PM (IST) will be processed the next business day.
  • Business Days: Monday to Saturday (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays).

B. Transit Time (Shipping) Once handed over to the courier, the estimated delivery time is:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 Business Days.
  • Rest of India: 4–7 Business Days.

C. Total Delivery Time (Summary)

  • Handling (5-7 days) + Transit (2-7 days) = Estimated 7–14 Business Days.

3. Shipping Charges

We offer Free Shipping on all orders across India — no minimum order value required.

4. Shipping Partners

We work with India’s leading logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery. Depending on your location, your order will be shipped via:

  • Delhivery
  • Blue Dart
  • XpressBees
  • Ekart
  • DTDC

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS to monitor the delivery status in real-time. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update after receiving the notification.

6. Delays & Delivery Issues

While we strive to meet these timelines, unforeseen delays can occur due to weather, courier strikes, or high operational volume.

  • Lost Orders: If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you haven't received the package, or if there is no movement for 7 days, please contact us immediately.

7. Address Changes

You may request a change to your shipping address only before your order has been dispatched. Once the item has left our facility, we are unable to modify the destination. To request a change, email us immediately with your Order ID.
