Return Policy

At ToggMuse, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.


1. Return Window

You may return eligible items within 15 days from the date of delivery for a full refund or exchange.


2. Eligibility / Item Condition

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition — unworn, unwashed, blemish-free

  • All original tags/labels must be attached

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging (if provided)

  • The return must include all accessories, parts, freebies, and manuals

Non-returnable items (unless defective) include, but are not limited to:

  • Personalized, monogrammed, or customized products

  • Intimate apparel, underwear, swimwear (unless tags remain intact and hygienic seal is unbroken)

  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”

  • Gift cards


3. How to Return

  1. Contact our Customer Support at info@toggmuse.com (or your support email) with your order number and reason for return

  2. We’ll issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and provide a return shipping label (if applicable)

  3. Pack the item securely — include all original packaging, tags, accessories, and the RMA form

  4. Ship the item via the carrier specified (you’ll find the drop-off location instructions in your return authorization)

Important: Returns sent without prior authorization may be delayed or refused.


4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Domestic returns (within country): Free return shipping (we provide the label)

  • International returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs

  • In all cases, you are responsible for ensuring the item reaches us safely — we recommend using a tracked shipping service


5. Refunds & Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of its inspection status

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please note: the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer

If you requested an exchange, we will send the replacement item after the return is approved (subject to availability).


6. Exceptions & Conditions

  • If an item is defective or damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery — we’ll help arrange a return or replacement

  • For exchanges, if your desired item is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund instead

  • We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet the above conditions

  • We are not responsible for lost or misdirected packages during return shipping


7. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account

  • Then contact your credit card company (it may take some time for them to post the refund)
